Facility

The hotel has 229 rooms, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     What a great hotel! There for a fun girls getaway, we loved our stay. The hotel is super clean, well located, and you won't find a friendlier front desk staff. Ray made us feel like royalty upon our arrival and front desk staff Nathalia and Kim made my stay even better by celebrating with me the announcement of my son's engagement. We utilized the water taxi stop, free shuttle service (Circuit) to Los Olas restaurants, and enjoyed the walks to the beach and John Birch state park. I enjoyed the best burger at the bar and the pool and hot tub are great. For the price point, you won't find a better spot.

    Location is great. A short walk to Starbucks and you have the accessibility to the Water Taxi. The pool is small. The breakfast buffet is good. They have a sign up that says "wait for a seat", but after standing for several minutes, a worker said "find your own seat". Our rooms were not ready at check-in time. The carpets are dirty and look like they never vacuum. The trim and cabinets are beat up. You can see every imperfection. It wouldn't take long to fix the cosmetic issues, but clearly they have been this way for a long time. I just felt gross the whole time we stayed there.
