    Comfortable stay, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast included in room rate which was nice plus unlimited coffee. Pristine external areas including pool.

    We've stayed in dozens of hotels in south FL. For the price, this is an excellent hotel! We've stayed twice, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

    Stayed due to proximity to Amerant Bank Arena. There wasn’t anything bad but not outstanding either. Front desk person was incredibly sweet at check in. Hard to believe only 4 years old. Bathroom was run down looking and a hair in the sink (I know, a hair in the sink? That’s worth mentioning?! Yes when it’s a pet peeve.)No hair conditioner in room. Extra trip to front desk to get a little bottle. Bed was decently comfy. Sheets nice and crisp.Quiet. Breakfast area tidy and clean. Staff member very attentive and friendly. Kids were happy with vending machine and lots of choices.

    My husband and I stayed for a night at the Commercial/441 location and the room was ok but the bathroom was very filthy. We could not use the shower as it was filled with mildew. Cleaning needs to be better supervised. It was gross - didn't even shower. Get rid of the mildew!

    Honestly, I didn’t love it. I probably need to rethink my strategy of being loyal to the Hilton brand name and just booking something in the area. It was not awful. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, nice staff, clean pool, typical hotel breakfast. But it’s in the middle of a commercial complex with nothing at all walkable. No way to get to restaurants or shops without a car, which I often would not have if coming in for a cruise. Additionally the key card entry worked about half the time. We never knew if we were going to have to walk around to the main entrance. Weirdest of all, although posted pool and jacuzzi hours were 9 am to 10 pm, we were repeatedly told the pool closed at 8 pm when we asked for towels. We just went anyway, like others but that’s just strange.
