  Stayed here last weekend. Good location. Set-up was a little odd with the elevators way in the back. Breakfast was super busy bur replenished quickly. The customer service at the hotel was next to none. Every team member whether it was Front Desk, Housekeeping, or Maintenance greeted you as you walked in and in the hallways.   The best service ever

  I booked a room for one night. The service was exceptional. Elanda was very warm and friendly. Truly, this was the best service. I highly recommend!!! The breakfast was good.   Needs a good cleaning

  Rooms need a good deep clean. The area between the toilet bowl and the tank needs a good scrubbing. Laundry left in the halls over night. No wonder they didn’t have more than 5 towels to give us when we asked for clean towels. Not worth the $$$$. The restroom in the lobby, had paper towels, but someone was too lazy to put them in the dispenser. Also, getting help from the EMPTY front desk after 9pm was difficult.   Worst Hampton Ever

  This is the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were the only bright spot, the front desk lady and breakfast guy were very friendly. The rooms are much smaller than a normal Hampton Inn. The AC leaked all over the floor and it was soaked by the time we got back in from dinner. Pretty sure the room got my kids sick from breathing in the moldy room. The beds are creaky, the AC is very loud and the room just didn’t feel cleaned.   We Stayed Between Cruises

  We stayed for several nights and we feel the hotel falls below the normal/usual standards of other Hampton Inn's we have stayed at. Our room had a smell, we thought pets had stayed in the room before us. The thing to mention is that the hotel does not have guest laundry. That said, we thought the hotel was in a good location, short drive to good restaurants, and the beach. The pool was clean and a relief from the warm afternoons.
