  Good experience, nice staff, nice amenities, clean rooms, but im lwk hungry, they close the breakfast to early.. 9am. Also the wifi is kinda buns😔

  One night pre cruise stay. For nearly $400!!! It was fine, it was clean, it was comfortable, breakfast was OK, room was OK. If you don’t go in with high expectations, you’ll be fine. Only one very slow elevator working….for everything, including housekeeping. For that kind of money, would probably look elsewhere next time.

  We had 3 rooms. They were dated and cleaned minimally, light switches were sticky, bed linen was creased and did not look fresh. Breakfast is included - by 8:00 a.m. they had run out of milk and tables were not cleaned after use. Shuttle is included but we waited close to 2 hours at the airport - we kept calling the hotel, it did not come. Only when I called the 1-800 did it come. Before you book, please be careful.

  Manager Val Valerie Front Desk Staff rude and unprofessional

  I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay, which was significantly impacted by ineffective management and poor customer service.The manager, Valarie (“Val”), displayed an unprofessional attitude that reflected a lack of effective leadership. During check-in, there were approximately six guests waiting in line, yet priority was repeatedly given to phone calls while guests standing at the front desk were ignored. This resulted in unnecessary delays and frustration.Several ongoing maintenance issues further affected the quality of my stay. The elevator is frequently out of service, leaving only one operational elevator, which made accessing different floors extremely inconvenient. Additionally, blowers were running in the hallways to mask strong odors in the carpet, creating an unpleasant environment. The in-wall air conditioning unit in my room produced an extremely loud vibrating noise that made the room uncomfortable.Overall, these issues demonstrate poor management oversight, lack of guest consideration, and failure to address basic operational concerns. This experience fell well below expected hospitality standards, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve future guest experiences.

  Never again……..for so many reasons!

  Last night we stayed in Room 318. Obviously no one has inspected this room in quite some time. Every metal surface in the room is corroded…..the front of the dishwasher, the lamps, the lampshades, the table legs……everything rusty & corroded. The sofa bed is in deplorable condition!! The fabric is shredding and it looks so dirty. The kitchen supplies are meager…..only 2 nasty looking forks, 1 knife, & a couple of spoons. We were not told that only one of the two elevators was working. We had to wait long times to get on the elevator. And people at breakfast were pigs!!! People taking stacks of plates of food back to their rooms! No wonder there wasn’t a lot of food available. There weren’t even enough paper plates….because they all were taken back to rooms. Cold oatmeal was not shocking!!! Oh…..the men smoking pot in the parking lot constantly was a real turn off too.With so many options in the area, we will not return to this location. Sad because we prefer Home 2 Suites in other locations, but not here again.
