    Nice modern room..only negative was that the breakfast included was hardly edible.Close to cruise port and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.     They charge $9 per person to use the shuttle to the airport I could uber cheaper than that and it was a 25 minute wait for the shuttle. Also when you call the number they give for the shuttle didn't answer. Our 3rd party shuttle service is simply offered as an option for our guests thay may not be comfortable using ride sharing services in an unfamiliar area.     Excellent hotel with port shuttle for a fee. Very convenient, clean with good breakfast. Not far of a drive to beach and restaurants...or walk to restaurants.     Kindness and Professionalism to the Highest Degree

    We are so incredibly grateful for this property and the care they’ve shown over the past two months. My friend has been hospitalized nearby for nearly 2 months, and during this incredibly stressful season, the hotel has been a true blessing to her husband.They offered him a hospital rate along with free shuttle service to and from Broward Health Medical Center, which has been invaluable, especially during cruise season when hotel rates in the area skyrocket. Having reliable transportation and an affordable, comfortable place to stay removed a huge burden from his shoulders.They’ve also extended this same generous rate and excellent service to friends who have come to visit (myself included), which speaks volumes about their compassion and consistency.Omar has been our main point of contact, and he has been absolutely exceptional. Kind, courteous, professional, competent, and genuinely empathetic. He made a very difficult time so much easier to navigate. Other staff members have been wonderful as well. I wish I could remember every name, but I think I remember Briana, Jessica, and Ciara.The hotel itself is fantastic. It has been newly remodeled, so everything feels fresh and beautiful. You can tell housekeeping takes great pride in their work. The property is spotless and very well maintained. They’re also generous with towels (which I truly appreciate because I hate having to ask for more mid-stay!).I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s easily one of the best “limited service” hotels I’ve ever experienced, not just because of the physical property, but because of the heart behind the hospitality.
