  You Don’t want to stay here!!!

  This hotel is disgustingly filthy. Walked in the room and the carpet hadn’t even been vacuumed from the mess from previous patrons. I don’t even want to sleep without my clothes and shoes on. Hard to believe it’s 300$ US for a room. Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay as we fly out in the morning.

  It's was more than I expected for the money because I went in Miami for three nights for four times the amount I pay , And the experience - Stay was not much better

  For one night, maybe, but two? I couldn't wait to get out. I had no other options under $300 a night since I needed to beat a huge snowstorm like everyone else cruising out of Port Everglades. Where do I begin? When I first arrived I needed to be buzzed in. The clerk at the front desk was friendly but difficult to understand. After checking in I went straight to the room, and just as you stepped into it, there was a sticky substance on the floor (hard floor in front of the vanity) - it was almost as if someone had spilled soda a few days prior. I went to the desk and the clerk was the only one on, so I asked for a towel and cleaned it up myself. But it just wasn't the sticky floor - the room reeked. It reeked of cleaning chemicals and cheap perfume. The air quality was so bad, that I ended up with a nose bleed the following morning due to chemical sensitivity. The bathroom and bed DID pass the black light test. I occasionally went out for a smoke, and the first night it always smelled of weed outside. I destroyed a pair of socks on the filthiest carpet I had ever experienced. I am pretty sure some folks were living there. On one night a couple from I assume the nightclub next door were playing "grab 'em by the #####" whilst waiting for the elevator. Speaking of the nightclub, you could hear occasional thuds from the sound system. There is a 24 hour CVS conveniently located next door, and a Publix market across the street. There is also a liquor store there, thankfully, because I needed plenty to get through this stay. I did feel safe but I am a well traveled person with street smarts who deals with cities and tough areas, but I think a solo female may feel a bit uncomfortable here. I had really hoped this property was better, as I liked the walkable shopping and I didn't have to rely on Uber or delivery for anything. In a jam I will stay here again for one night only, knowing what to expect since I liked walking to get everything I needed, I have stayed at worse places.

  Don’t let the pictures fool youI would give this place zero stars if I could.I booked this place though Expedia and booked it where I could cancel if I needed to.When I got out I could smell weed so strong.I told my wife we are Not staying here. Went in to cancel and the lady behind the counter said we could cancel however there would be a one night charge. This is their policy. I called Expedia and they hung up on us 4 times.Stay away from both of these companies.Stay far away from this place.
