Facility

The resort has 2 lifts and features 351 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, volleyball, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, bowling, squash and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Overcrowded pools and beach

    It’s amazing how hotels can care less about the people actually paying to stay at the hotel overnight, and care more about making money on DAY passes for people to go for the day. This hotel was wayyyyyy to overcrowded. Couldn’t even move my arms laying out by the pool without touching the jets in next to me. Also the “Margaritaville beach “ that they supposedly own or rent out was horrible. Anyone can come and sit there, the entire beach smelt like weed and cigarettes. Don’t let the pictures fool you place is no good.I stayed March 20.     Great relaxing stay!

    This was the most relaxing stay I’ve had in a long time. Everyone is so so kind at every turn. Nia at the front desk checked us in early which was great after a long travel morning. We had a late lunch across the street at 5oclock somewhere..go!!! And get the shrimp and ask for Manny!! He is awesome!!!!!! Beautiful personality and took great care of us. Rooms are nice, but would be nice if the shower had aBamboo seat or bench or foot step for the ladies.. pool area is nice, kept clean and loved having the beach steps away. Lots to do right in the area, no vehicle needed. We were headed out for a cruise and this was a great place to stay and started our trip off amazing. If you get a chance , have dinner at JWB,Steaks are some of the best we’ve had.     Spring Break 2026 Last Minute Trip ✌🏾

    Basically checked in within 30 mins of bookings. Things were pretty smooth considering….When I did share my needs (ADA etc) everyone was engaged in our to resolve any challenges I had with my room etc. EVERY team member I encountered was AMAZING…all…well except 3 team members at the towel booth early one rainy morning when I was sucked 😒 didn’t offer me a dry towel. They only point me to the towel drop hole on the other side of the counter so I could move my own towel which I was only resting on the counter for a moment. Again was a drenched by the morning rain had bags in my hands etc. Also the JWB Steakhouse hostess was bothered despite beginning 90% empty that I requested a table for 1 that was tucked away for privacy. Back to those that made my evac trip amazing considering it was a stressful period…..A few names I recall and so many others I didn’t catch their names:There were at least two men that kept the lobby/first floors areas tidy and clean there were really friendly helping me find restaurants, making suggestions based on weather/indoor//outdoors, etc. I didn’t get their names unfortunately. Eion was so friendly! Eion helped us multiple times in our short stay due to rooms changes 😮‍💨 He managed to make the room bounced as fun as possible. 👏🏾We first encountered the front desk duo, Nia and Shubub (not sure of exact spelling) freindly, took care to assist us throughout stay. Sir Winston, 🎩 Mr Night Crew…. a true classic gentleman! Aliyana (not sure of exact spelling and Daniel were so helpful in the gift shop 💸😌 plus another young man (didn’t get his name). Shy made sure I had a relaxing quiet private dinner experience at JWB, after all. She was very helpful! She built out my entire meal based on her favs, she has great taste. There were women on the phone that were great too. I do remember one name Marie but not the other woman’s name, unfortunately. Very helpful considering I made a last minute trip during March Spring Beach 2026 period overlapping a weekend. I’ve stayed here many times and Margaritaville Hollywood continues to be a well-rounded property with a great location.     Fantastic Resort and Service - Margaritaville - Fins Up!

    My family of four stayed in a Queen Double Bed room before and after our cruise. Upon arrival, we were assisted by front desk personnel with a smile and questions about how our day was going. It was pleasant and made us feel welcome. Although we arrived earlier than our check-in time, we were able to place our luggage into storage and proceeded to receive our wrist bands and access card for both pool areas. The service in both pool areas was pretty good, with a bit more attentiveness in the adult pool area (Lone Palm) versus the kids area.We didn't have to wait too long for our rooms to be available and when we walked into the rooms they were clean and smelled amazing!The Hotel staff were all very accommodating and friendly! I would say to anyone who wants a relaxing time while at Hollywood beach even for a single evening (especially with kids) make sure to reserve a room at this Margaritaville resort. We plan to on our next trip coming up later this year!     I’ve celebrated two birthdays here, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the views are truly incredible. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, they are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of my favorite features is the location right on the Broadwalk, where there’s always something to do for everyone. The complimentary weekend concerts at the bandshell are a fantastic bonus and make the experience even more enjoyable. I always look forward to coming back!
