    Horrible! Horrible! Manager SCREAMED at my daughter and family trying to kick them out at 11pm after the little kids were asleep! Just because of an accident with their bathroom sink. They were trying to be diligent and notified an employee rather wait until morning and the employee contacted the manager who ordered them to pay right then, not wait til morning. They were pounding on their door multiple times, woke the kids up, called the police. Incredible! Rude! Unprofessional!

    TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong, humid, moldy odor. The air felt excessively damp, and the smell was immediately concerning. I went to the front desk in person to report the issue, and we were offered another room.Although the second room was slightly better, it still had a noticeable humid smell and visible mold in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit also appeared dirty and poorly maintained, and it was actively releasing moisture into the room, making the air quality worse instead of better.Due to these conditions and the potential health risks, we could not continue our stay and checked out. We are still disputing charges and attempting to obtain a refund for the nights we did not stay, as the room was not safe or healthy.

    Go elsewhere!!! This place is disguisting! Missed to read the reviews before, BIG mistake! The pictures are photoshopped, it’s not in tropical colours, it’s rough and they leave out the information that it’s cockroaches and filth! The cleaning was non existent and the overall experience was so bad that we left one night earlier, only slept there 1 out of 2 nights. It’s not a 3 plus hotel I would say -1!! Go anywhere else. And also not near the beach because there is no beach access because of all the hotels so you have to walk over a mile to get to the beach.

    I stayed here for 3 nights prior to a cruise. People were friendly and helpful. They even posted a parcel for me. The room was clean and adequate. There is a central lift to access upstairs rooms and a pool to cool off in. I found a snacks machine which was good for cold drinks. I discovered it is opposite Mc Donalds so breakfasts were easy to get. The pizza restaurant there is also great.

    Shrewdy the so called manager is a rude, greedy scammer!......room had 1 inch long cockroach. Disgusting!.. towels!....dirty.....and stained....ridiculous!....bring your own!...hotel has become very seedy..Drug users everywhere.will not be staying there again! Yes it's convenient location to the beach , McDonald's, food market and bus transport action.... But overall, still not worth it!
