The resort is situated beside the famous Galt Ocean Mile, directly next to an idyllic Atlantic beach. Port Everglades is an around 15-minute drive away.

Facility

The resort has 225 rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. The location was good but the atmosphere was terrible: the noise was unbearable and you could listen to others peoples music with their speakers so loud. It was not quiet or peaceful. For the price you pay to go on vacation was not worth it. The room was not clean when we arrived and it had a moldy smell. The floors were dirty, the sheets were stained and had many hairs on the pillows. Bathroom did not had a shampoo or soap. The coffee machine was moldy and dirty, we couldn’t even make coffee. The tiki bar was empty and nothing exciting about it. The restaurant inside offered terrible food. Staff were friendly and helpful. I think management needs to focus on the housekeeping and keeping the cleaners accountable to higher level. I would not recommend this place again.

James, Natasha, Junnie, William was all so helpful. Natasha overall, appearance friendliness and helpfulness. Deciding what we wanted to eat was absolutely amazing. She just was so helpful with everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. The cleanliness of the restaurant, the only thing I thought was wrong was not being able to pay. What I wanted for a tip and you charging the tip on the bill period and the moisture on the floor because about fell because it was so slick.But everything else was amazing at our stay would highly recommend it

The location is right on the beach and the room when we arrived was clean and modern, however they never came to clean our room or make the beds or replace the towels in the 3 days we were there. We mentioned this to management twice but nothing ever got resolved. The room floor was sandy plus my safe failed to open with my code and had to be reset. Would not recommend this hotel.

I rate this “experience” 5 stars. We found this hotel accidentally and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a great midranged Florida hotel.
