    Stay here at your own peril—property looks nothing like representation on site. You do not park your car the same place as you stay. Took forever for shuttle to pick up,and we dropped off at airport which resulted in 2hour van ride to get back to car. This was not a desirable experience.     Terrible and Unsafe Experience – Do NOT Stay Here

    My stay at Quality Inn & Suites Airport/Cruise Port Hollywood (Ft Lauderdale Airport FLL South) was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. The property looked dangerous the moment I arrived. I genuinely feared for my safety the entire time.The room was extremely cold and uncomfortable, and the overall condition felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel. There was hair in the shower, which immediately made me question the cleanliness standards. It did not feel sanitary at all.Check-in was late and disorganized. The staff was not helpful and showed no concern when I expressed how uncomfortable I felt. I even requested to move to another hotel and offered to pay the difference myself just to feel safe and comfortable, but there was no effort made to assist me.I was utterly disappointed. The only positive part of this experience was leaving the property.I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to think twice.     The motel was terrible

    The garden Inn in Hollywood Fl. was one of the worst motels I think I have stayed in. There were no pictures on the wall, The furniture was very sparse and there was a leak in the bathroom.     Horrible place to stay

    These people were rude, nasty, not accommodating at all, and they lied to us. We were suppose to have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and we waited 2 hrs. and they never picked us up so we had to get an Uber to get us to the hotel and they never compensated us for not picking us up. They said there was lots of traffic and that was a lie we got there in 17 minutes with an Uber. The continental breakfast was horrible, when they ran out they never refilled anything so we didn't get anything to eat. To get transportation to the Port for our cruise when I went to ask about it the lady was very rude and acted like she was put out because I was asking questions on what time we needed to be in the lobby for pickup. She huffed and puffed around like I was putting her out when this was a service they said they provided. It was horrible in all my years of traveling I have never ever been treated like I was treated here, along with my friend as well. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this place at all to stay!!!!!     Horrible Experience—Avoid at All Costs

    I checked in at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed by every aspect of my visit. The room reeked of mold, but what was even more concerning was that the odor seemed to be covered up by a heavy chemical scent. This wasn’t just unpleasant—it triggered my daughter’s allergies, causing her to break out in a rash and cough uncontrollably. To make matters worse, we saw cockroaches scuttling around the room, which left us feeling unsafe and compelled us to leave immediately in search of another hotel.At check-out, the front desk provided a card with a refund number, assuring us that we’d be reimbursed. We called the number and we were told that we would be reimbursed but would need to pay the $5 room fee for the 2 rooms we booked. We agreed that was feasible and continued with that option. However, two weeks passed with no refund. When we called back, we were put in touch with Susan, whose customer service was nothing short of appalling. Not only did she laugh at our concerns, but she also mocked my daughter’s condition and dismissed our situation as “ridiculous” before hanging up on us multiple times. Thankfully, after calling another number, we finally spoke with someone kind and professional who was able to help us out with our refund. We were also able to report and submit a case about our interaction with Susan from guest relations. Overall, the combination of poor sanitation, a hazardous environment, and utterly disrespectful customer service from Susan, has convinced me that this hotel is not worth anyone’s time or money. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment.
