    Great 3 day weekend trip!

    rating24 May 2026

We had a great stay at the Riverside Hotel. The location was one of the best parts since it’s right on Las Olas and made everything very convenient to walk to. Parking was easy, which made arriving and leaving stress free. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after being out during the day. Alan at the front desk was also very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely come back. Monica @ Preston's Lounge

    rating18 May 2026

My husband and I stay at Riverside Hotel one to two times a month for the past 3 years. One of our favorite spots is Preston's Lounge to see Monica. We love her personality and the great drinks she makes for us. She's remembered us from the first time we met her. She is a pillar of that bar, everyone that knows her, loves her, a lot of local people that we got to know came there just for Monica. We were recently informed that she will not be there anymore. It makes us sad to lose such a great person that has worked very hard. Heiko Dobrikow, General Manager at Riverside Hotel, responded to this review Dear WoodenNickel10,Thank you so much for your continued loyalty to the Riverside Hotel and for sharing such heartfelt feedback about your experiences at Preston’s Wine & Martini Lounge. We are truly grateful to hear how meaningful your visits have been over the past three years, and especially how Monica helped make Preston’s feel like a special place for you and so many of our guests. Your kind words about her personality, attention to detail, and the genuine connections she built are a wonderful reflection of the hospitality we strive to provide every day.We understand how difficult it can be when a familiar and friendly face is no longer part of the experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to express both your appreciation for Monica and your sadness. Please know that we are very proud of the impact she had during her time with us, and we will certainly share your comments with our team. While changes can be challenging, we remain committed to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences each time you visit. We hope to continue being one of your favorite destinations and look forward to welcoming you back to Preston’s again soon.Warm regards, Heiko DobrikowGeneral Manager
