Hats off to the front desk. Awesome.

The front desk was amazing before I even checked in. Parking is somewhat of a challenge here. When you have a full size, work Van with ladders on top, and they accommodated me. The room was great and clean. Everybody very friendly. Location has some of the best food. I've had in a while around that area.

The AC is loud as hell! And there were people out in the pool area making a lot of noise! Also, around 4am there was a loud noise that went unchecked for an extended period of time! Besides that, the hotel is in a good location! And breakfast is good! General Manager, General Manager at The Harrison Hotel Downtown Hollywood, an Ascend Collection Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed our convenient location and complimentary breakfast. However, we apologize for the disturbances you encountered with the AC and the noise from the pool area. Your feedback is important, and we'll address these issues promptly to ensure a more restful stay for our guests going forward. Your comfort is a priority for us.Sincerely,The Harrison Hotel Downtown Hollywood Management Team
