  Simple slightly run down property off a busy road. Very average, dirty carpets and corridors. Poor breakfast. A no-frills place, fine if you’re just looking for someone to sleep.   Do not stay spent night at Courtyard by Marriott Fort Myers Cape Coral 4455 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida, USA, 33916 when the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team is doing spring training! The team was up early to depart for a game, 3:30 to 5am they were in the hallways using their outside in the ballpark voices. This is extremely disrespectful to other guests.Hotels should be a place where you can get some rest, my rest ended at 3:30 am and all the front desk could say was, "I'm sorry."

  10/10 Big shoutout to Miss Margarita

  I am a delivery driver for Gordon food service who travels and goes to hotels every week, first & foremost I want to give a big shoutout to all the staff but especially Miss Margarita. I go out of my way to book this hotel and even park off property with my truck and trailer knowing I’m going to get welcomed and treated like my own family here. Thank you Miss Magarita for always looking out and being upmost professional & efficient any time I come here as far as even placing me in a room away from noise so I can get the best sleep possible. (I work overnight)10/10 , everytime I’m on a layover in Fort Myers I make sure I come here !

  My son and I came for PG baseball and it honestly was a perfect stay because of the staff. Best customer service I have experienced since pre COVID! It was one of those trips were things came up and they went above and beyond to help and accomodate: Nothing major but unexpected asks and they never acted put out. From the front desk, to the deli to the cleaning service. 10 stars!We didn’t eat here until the last day but we regretted it because the food was great! Loved the avocado toast, definitely the meatballs and margarhetta flatbread. In the morning, the GM passed out fresh squeezed juice samples that were delicious! Nicely run and well done!   Excellent property, staff, food and all around atmosphere was top notch. This is one place I would recommend and great idea to have a map upon check in with information about the hotel.The bistro menus in the room are also a nice touch.
