  Water issue smelled like sulphuric which made their response was let it run 20 minutes. Letting it run made their response entire unit smell. Only stayed 2 days out of 7 because of it and the no see ums biting you at the pool. Worst experience of any time share property ever

  NOT A DELUXE SUITE!

  We’ve stayed several times in the past 7 yrs. This stay was very disappointing. The carpets were rolling from humidity I presume which is also a tripping hazard, the verticals had vanes missing & didn’t work very well to operate. The appliances are extremely outdated & dirty & we were charged for a Deluxe Suite? It was far from deluxe. I emailed a letter to manager twice, he never responded.The location is beautiful, views of the gulf & bay. There were lots of dolphins in the area, nice pool & hot tub & delicious food at Flippers Restaurant next door it is fantastic. It’s sad how they aren’t more concerned about customer satisfaction.

  Last vacation before Chemo

  This is a very picturesque resort right on the water, The pool is beautiful and it has a restaurant right next door. We stayed 3 days and had a couple of problems that were taken care of immediately. The units are spacious and quiet. The Location is prefect for traveling in each direction to tour the area. Dolphins play near shore and are fun to watch.

  Dated room - not luxury suite.

  The view from our condo #604 was great, but the furniture was literally from the early 2000s and worn. This condo was marketed as a luxury suite, but that is not the case. The sofa pull-out bed was terrible. Our daughter ended up just sleeping on the sofa. The entire living room needs to be replaced. The bed and linens in the bedroom were updated and fine. The bathroom is dated, and so is the kitchen, but functional. Very disappointed.

  Definitely not a resort experience!

  Terrible experience. Website misleading. No access to beach. Pool was closed with sign stating closed due to hurricane Milton yet when we checked in was told it closed Friday before our check in which was weeks after Milton. Been here 3 days and no housekeeping services have been provided. There is nothing resort feeling about it especially since no access to pool which we were not advised of prior to check in. Once in the room had a toilet issue and when we explained the situation got an eye roll from maintenance person. Claimed all was okay which it wasn’t. Took my husband to figure out what was wrong and then it finally was fixed. Many other nicer places to go.
