Pointe Estero has reopened after the devastation of Ian. We’ve been enjoying this location for many years and looked forward to returning. The rooms have been renovated, including the removal of the carpeting (good thing). The renovation of the pool area is absolutely beautiful with the fire pits, grills, Blackstones, and comfortable seating. The pickleball/tennis court is great; we played every morning. The lack of having laundry detergent and fabric softener (it’s on order) was a bit annoying and likely avoidable. Since our stay was 13 nights a room cleaning was included. We were scheduled for a cleaning 3 days after arrival, which we asked to re-schedule closer to the midway point of our stay. It was scheduled to occur on Friday but, when we came back to the room, on Thursday, the room was being cleaned. Not good. The cleaner was very nice and seemed confused (she spoke very little English). A few things management might consider:Full-size cookie sheet for frozen pizzaPizza cutterIce cream scoop Pass-key locks on gates at pool & pickleball court (without locks you’re inviting “neighbors” to use the facilities especially since you have pool towels (there’s towels in each room) in the lobby and the pickleball court is accessible via the parking lot)In the past there were a variety of card & board games a guest could borrow, as well as jigsaw puzzles and books. We purchased used puzzles & books @ Santini Plaza and tried to donate them at the front desk to no avail and subsequently gave them back to the used bookstore to support local business. The staff is great, very pleasant and approachable. All-in-all, we had a great time!

Person at front desk is there from 9 - 5. Room gets cleaned once a week. No breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar. Hotel is lovely. Beach is beautiful. The day our room was to be cleaned. No one showed up. The room and view was lovely but for the price paid, the hotel is lacking. Driving around the area is insane with traffic.

The best resort at Fort Myers! We literally waited over 2 years for them to reopen after the hurricane before going back to Fort Myers. They are that good!

Great location you can walk to heavenly biscuits the liquor store and groceries. The beach is so clean and soft. We were able to get jet skis and a parasail trip right there. The full kitchen aloud us to make all of our meals and it was stocked with all necessary equipment. The bathroom and shower were amazing. As you can see from our photos the sunset is beautiful from the inside of the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pointe Estero Resort. Our condo was clean and spacious. The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the balcony. Neices and nephews came to spend time on the beach with us, I would definitely stay her again.
