    Jackhammering over our unit

    We checked in the "resort" and right away the pressure washing, general construction started but the absolutely unacceptable situation was jack hammering directly over our unit. I contacted the front desk and the response was " we have NO CONTROL over the HOA". They do not have to inform us of when or any construction that they will be doing. There I leave it for you to tell me if this is even a Resort. I have stayed in true Resorts and I can tell you that this is NOT one. The attitude of the person answering the phone was completely not of a customer service representative. We have stayed 3 times at a different location and this is the first and last at Sundial for sure.

    The resort is spotless including the rooms. The pool & beach are clean & perfect. The food is just okay except for the Japanese restaurant which was most excellent. The problems I had were that none of the 4 restaurants served breakfast. You hadto go to an onsite store which had great coffee but the food was microwaved crap. Also each day I was there they started drilling & hammering at 8am sharp, directly underneath my room so I could never sleep past 8am.     What an amazing stay. We enjoyed it so much we already have another booking in place. The location is beachfront with its lounge chairs and umbrella setup daily. The food variety in the restaurants was good. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very conveniently prepared for all types of meals.
