  Do not expect Hilton experience!

  Not a Hilton experience at all. It's more like a Holiday Express feel. When we walked into the check out counter the gentlemen didn't even greet us. He was busy and upset at his computer. We waited a while he didn't even acknowledge us or say hi. I finally asked him," is this where we check in?". He sighed and said," I will be with you in a minute". Meanwhile the line behind us is getting longer and he is the only one. He finally greets us and gives us our cards offers us a cookie and finally smiles. The crazy parking fee is insane! I don't get that. The cookie is not nearly as good as the normal Hiltons. The walk to our room is far.The room is small the carpet had puke from the previous guests. I call front desk, concierge and heck even order in service to try to get someone to answer and no luck. So I said forget it I am here just for one night. Put a napkin over it. There's not much of a garden or sit outside to read area. Their main focus is the lobby I guess, but it's noisy.I prepaid breakfast which was $9 each , so get that via App do not buy it at the hotel it's $16 at the hotel! Trust me it's not worth $16. The food cold, the French toast was super hard. Only thing good was the coffee. They didn't hand me a breakfast voucher or anything so the waiter was confused, that I prepaid. So we had to walk to the check in counter for them to pull up my hotel bill. I did give him cash for a tip. Overall experience was a flop since it's part of the Hilton family.

  Staff were fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. A car is needed to go anywhere. Nothing within walking distance. Average breakfast buffet.

  Good location centralized for attractions and downtown FTW as well as Stockyard. Nice bourbon selection in restaurant. Very welcoming staff upon arrival. Good value clean and functional room.

  I just need to say that there's a Supervisor named Mackisha at the Doubletree that was very helpful with my entire stay! Any questions I had she answered with a smile. Great personality and very professional! This hotel is a great place to stay!

  Nicely renovated hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. My only issue was the room(542) we had was next to a stop light, so we heard every race car and every raggedy race car that stopped and revved at the light. There is not really any nice views around this hotel, if that matters. Other than that, would highly recommend.
