In addition to the issues with my room and housekeeping, I was also very uncomfortable with the overall environment during my stay.There were individuals hanging around the hotel who appeared to be experiencing homelessness, and I personally witnessed the front desk staff asking one of them to leave because the situation was making the staff uncomfortable as well.There was also a very disturbing incident during my stay involving guests in a nearby room. They were being extremely loud and disruptive, and the police came to the hotel around 4:00 in the morning. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially during the middle of the night.Overall, between the leaking room, the lack of housekeeping for three days, the refusal to move me to another room, and the disturbances during my stay, I did not feel comfortable or well taken care of at this hotel. I believe management should take these concerns seriously and do more to ensure that guests have a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Nice hotel in a very convenient spot

Spent 1 night here recently before my departure to Yosemite National Park the following morning. The hotel is a great spot 2 blocks down from the Amtrak and Greyhound stations! The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I recommend staying here especially if you gonna use the Amtrak or Greyhound to get some rest and explore Fresno before you depart.

Don't stay here its now 7 am no breakfast told 1/2 hour ago breakfast would be ready...its not i stayed here for that had a room change gave someone wlses room just very bad place

The night front desk woman was rude and not helpful. The heat, T.V. and phone did not work. It was cold around 40degrees and cold all night. I reported the issues and nothing was done to fix the situation.

Was glad they accept pets! I had my dog Teddy with me. Breakfast buffet was great. They put me on the first floor with easy access.
