  Great little tucked away place

  As mentioned previously by other reviewers - a bit of a challenge to get to. But worth it. Small tucked away motel. Very nice staff. We had a very clean and quiet room in the back with a very comfortable bed and linens. Small bar by check-in if you need a little something for a nightcap. Restaurants close by.   Though it was somewhat of a challenge to find, the location was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I very much appreciated that the staff contacted me about an item I left in the room. They should be commended for their honesty. It was a very pleasant stay.   Hotel is beautiful- clean and modern and friendly. Pool area is gorgeous. Rooms are small but clean and great beds!! Nice staff.   Our family reunion at Aiden

  The entire experience was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again. We were there with our family to welcome our granddaughter to Arizona to attend NAU. We enjoyed visiting outside in very comfortable couches & chairs and nice fire pits when it was a bit cool. Some enjoyed the pool.   Disappointing Stay – Cleanliness Was a Major Concern

  Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing, primarily because of the cleanliness of the room. When I pulled back the covers, I found numerous short black hairs throughout the bed and on the sheets. It was immediately apparent that the bedding was dirty and had not been properly changed or inspected before I checked in. What made the situation even more disappointing was how management handled my concern. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they did not seem particularly concerned. Instead, I was told that “they only had one room left.” That response came across as though the lack of another room was somehow my problem, rather than the hotel’s responsibility to provide a clean and properly prepared room.I understand that issues can occasionally happen, but what matters is how they are addressed. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation when paying to stay at a hotel, and finding multiple hairs in an apparently unclean bed is simply unacceptable. The lack of concern from management made the experience even worse. I would think twice before staying here again.
