  Great place to stay for the Grand Canyon!

  This was a very good place to stay to access the Grand Canyon.Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.The rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice separate sitting area.

  The location is great as it is close to Grand Canyon but we found the website on the amenities included to be deceiving. You only get access to the fitness center if you get a King suite and the selection of food for the continental breakfast in the main hotel is slim choices. Also, they do not offer dairy free or gluten free options for food while other places in the area do. It is pretty quiet if you have a room on the 3rd floor. My daughter asked for a hot chocolate packet outside of breakfast hours and they said no but you can have plenty of coffee. No tea options either. The shuttle that they say is offered is just a local shuttle that you have to walk down to the IMAX location approximately 1/4 mile down from the hotel. I would have chosen another hotel in the area if I had known that there are many details that are left out.

  Staying outside the Grand Canyon

  We stayed one night while visiting the GC park. It’s located just outside Grand Canyon National Park, but close enough to stay here comfortably.The first thing to note is that in February, the few restaurants in Tusayan close very early. By 9pm, we couldn’t find anything open except a McDonald’s drive-thru.The hotel itself is okay; however, the heater wasn’t working, so the room felt like a freezer. This was reported to the front desk that day—the staff were very helpful and even brought us extra blankets themselves.Aside from that, we enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was very good. Affordable price.

  Great location. Very close to the park. Clean. Wonderful costumer service. Every one is friendly. They have very good breakfast as well. Plenty of parking.
