Location

Located on a quiet tree-lined street, this hotel lies near the Ala Wai Canal and a range of restaurants. The beach is situated approximately a 10-minute stroll away, while Honolulu's international airport is some 15 km from the hotel.

140 non-smoking rooms are located on 25 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine.     Waikiki staycation before flying home.

    This was our 2nd time here. The location is great for walking to eat, sightseeing and beach. Super clean room, grounds, and pool area. On the 4th floor is free laundry-bring your own detergent, computers, TV, massage chairs, small gym and a nice patio with gardens and seating. In the lobby is a snack station. Reasonable prices.Self pay and go. Big mahalo to the entire staff! So much aloha.

    Hotel was clean and met our needs, but does need some updating. Staff was friendly and helpful and addressed anything we needed promptly.

    This was a last minute trip, and I was able to book a J Suite. Apparently it has two double beds and is used by families. The front desk asked if I would mind moving room to a queen bed, which was fine. In case a family came in, they'd have a room available. Made sense to me.I didn't know how many floors the building had but I was on the 25th. Lot's of space but what I really loved was the shower. This might have been one of their ADA rooms and I didn't mind. Great AC! Comfortable bed! Nice little kitchenette. Great view of the Ala Wai.I spent most of the day over on the Windward side and the all the men at valet were great! Warm and friendly, and asked how my day was and where I was heading. It was nice to come back to this hospitality. Looking forward to coming back!

    The location and cleanliness of this resort are good. Laundry room is clean and big. Staff. Are friendly but units are mostly studios and parking fee is US50 a night if you are now an owner and it is noisy in the morning from the street. Units are mostly studios and there are only two two bedroom units and a few one bedroom units. Not suitable for a family of four unless you own the large unit.

    Great view from the balcony. Ocean, canal, mountains and city were all visible. The laundry facilities were very well kept. They were close to other amenities where you could busy yourself while getting the laundry done. The fitness center, computer room, garden patio and TV relaxation area were all right there. Parking was slightly expensive, but having a car was a must for us.
