I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Hotel La Croix, and it is all thanks to Vince. From the very day we arrived until the exact moment we checked out, Vince went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of and safe.What truly stands out about Vince is that his dedication isn't a secret while staying there, we repeatedly heard other guests talking about him and praising his incredible customer service. He has an amazing reputation across the entire property. He treats everyone with the highest level of respect, alertness, and genuine care.Vince absolutely deserves to be in a managerial role. He already operates at that level, leadership comes naturally to him, and he represents the absolute best of what Hotel La Croix has to offer. Management, if you are reading this promote Vince! Deceiving website great customer service

We stayed at Hotel La Croix in Honolulu to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and I have to say, the staff was amazing. Ralph, in particular, went above and beyond…he gave us a beautiful tour of the hotel’s history, shared how it was once a pay-by-night motel transformed by two Christian owners, and even drove us to a bus stop when we were heading to Pearl Harbor. Their kindness made a big difference.That said, the room didn’t quite match the online photos they looked much more upscale than the reality. The hotel smelled a bit stale, though was clean, but the room felt very dated only five hangers, a short hanging post, no drawers to put clothes, only shelves in a small cabinet… we had to ask for a chair just so we both had a place to sit. No pictures on the wall was odd. The TV was on the side of the wall so you couldn’t watch it from the bed. No night stand on one side of the bed so I had to pull a chair to set my phone and water bottle. The bathroom had one sink and no counter space. No door to lock while using the restroom. The shower had a window that couldn’t be covered.The double balcony was also deceiving…our “ocean view” was actually in the hallway, not from the bed area. The 250.00 add-on breakfast and Monkeypod access felt minimal for the price, just muffins that were cut into 4’s and whole oranges and apples and no real snacks… breakfast was simple… not really a variety. My husband can’t eat eggs and they served French toast twice and fried rice with egg… we asked for alternate but they couldn’t accommodate…. How do have toast/pancakes but no butter, the wait for them to refill the one meat option was lengthy. The room to eat in often didn’t have enough tables to sit at.We should have requested a refund for the breakfast and monkey pod access.So, while it was clean and the staff’s warmth was top notch, the room and amenities just didn’t align with the upscale price we were paying. We felt extremely deceived by the fancy website and photos. We will pop in to say hi. But won’t stay here again. Outstanding Valet Service – True Aloha Spirit

I had a great experience with Miles from valet at Hotel LaCroix Waikiki.He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and really showed that true Aloha spirit. My vehicle pickup was quick and smooth, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Even when it was busy, he stayed patient, professional, and welcoming.I really appreciated his positive attitude and how caring he was throughout the interaction.
