Location

This city hotel lies within a few paces of Waikiki beach and offers great value and array of amenities and comforts. Well situated for many of Honolulu's top attractions, guests may pay a visit to Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Aquarium or Honolulu International Marketplace for example, or marvel at the breathtaking sunsets from the Waikiki shoreline. Facility

450 rooms are available to guests in a 14-storey main building and a 20-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Great location! Everyone is so friendly! The staff is great! The breakfast is wonderful. We stay there every time we come to Oahu!

    The bathroom doesn't have any exhaust fan. The ceiling shows moisture and mold. There is no window or door can be opened get some fresh air. The balcony is severely damaged by the storm or something. These kind of rooms shouldn't be made available until they fix it.There were different kinds of noise coming from difference sources: traffic, dance music, rooster. It's very disruptive to sleep when staying on the low floor. The balcony should be insulated more.     Friendly and helpful staff, great location, and affordable for my family of 5. The rooms were spacious enough for all of us, and it was a 2 minute walk to the beach.     Over the phone reservations was difficult due to language barrier. Kama’aina rate advertised online but was not applied to us (as Kama’aina). There was also construction we weren’t informed about so didn’t have access to balcony. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. However, due to our unresolved rate issue, we will not be staying at another Hyatt hotel.
