Very good experience
06 Jun 2026
First of all I would like to thank Cassandra and Jenny for their kindness and efficiency - top 10! They made my stay very enjoyable and I will be back. Had a studio queen with shower - very comfy and the use of a microwave and fridge was a plus. Housekeeping was also very good. Location perfect with lots of nice local restaurants around and supermarket - recommend Mitsuya and Maguro Spot - only drawback is that swimming pool did only get direct sun in the afternoon and the water was freezing. And I missed the water fountain that used to be in the lobby. Despite being in a busy waikiki area I appreciated not having the sound of outside blowing airvents coming from malls or overground garages or other buildings … and the street noise coming from Kuhio was not that bad. OUTRIGGER Waikiki Paradise Hotel, Owner at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Paradise Hotel, responded to this review Aloha Nita- Keanu, Thank you for choosing OUTRIGGER Waikiki Paradise Hotel. We’re delighted to hear that Cassandra and Jenny made your stay so enjoyable and that you appreciated the comfort of your room and our central location. Thank you as well for your thoughtful feedback, as we truly value guest feedback and would love the opportunity to welcome you back for another great stay.
