Location

The hotel is centrally located in Waikiki, just one and a half blocks from the sandy Waikiki beach, where sun loungers can be rented for a small fee. It is also a mere 2 blocks from the International Market Place and approximately 15 km from Honolulu International Airport.

Facility

218 rooms are located on 34 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Daily newspapers are available for purchase. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, surfing, a spa, a sauna and a steam bath.

    My room was nice - a spatious studio with a wonderful balcony and view. I could see the ocean from my bed! I had a kitchen and a wide table. The furniture and decoration were a little old, as was the AC, which proved kind of ineffective. I didn't use the pool because the water had an uninviting color. All in all, I think it is good value and ideal for a holiday on a budget.

    This is by far the best place I’ve ever been to in Honolulu. People were very nice and Chritieann went above and beyond to helping me on my last day. They have a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi on their rooftop; you can see the Waikiki beach, the mountains and all Honolulu. Super happy with my choice!     Fantastic location just a few blocks from the beach and the International Market. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Booked the 1 bedroom w/full kitchen and it had a huge lanai! The rooftop pool and hottub are a nice alternative to the beach.     Quite shocked at the good reviews this hotel got. I guess people are not bothered by dirt to give such high reviews?Where to start… bathroom smells like pee constantly. Looked around the toilet and noticed they only superficially clean the toilet bowl but not around the toilet. There’s caked up pee or something on the side/bottom of the toilet bowl that smells atrocious (see pictures). Shower is moldy and does not drain properly. By the time you’re done showering the water is standing to your ankles. The walls, curtains, chairs are all disgustingly dirty. No one washes these. The patio windows have not been washed for months. The front door was our first clue this would be a dirty room/hotel. There is dirt, finger prints, looks like food all over the front door as you enter the room. As the saying goes… “the front door to a restaurant (in this case room) tells you a lot about how clean the place will be.”Okkk, next, the dirty room was bad enough, but, the windows are made of paper. You hear everything and I mean everything thru these windows. The worst part is when you’re trying to sleep at night. You hear cars, trucks, loud music, constant car horns, people talking, people screaming, yelling, loud bangs, cars with loud music blasting, the wind blowing, garbage trucks banging very early morning hours, it’s impossible to sleep. Horrible!Very very disappointing experience. You people have a lot of work to do! This place is a mess!     We love the location, the atmosphere is a lot of big city noise and the rooms are getting a little run down. The value is great, the rooms are clean the noise level is off the charts at night. Trash trucks picking up trash in early mornings.The staff is friendly and helpful.
