    An overnight stay prior to boarding a cruise. Easy Uber from airport and to cruise port. Very comfortable, clean. Quiet room. Appreciated the book exchange. Morning coffee / tea bar downstairs was a bonus. Easy walk to food market and 1 block from the beach. Staff were friendly, efficient at check-in/-out and helpful. Excellent price in comparison to surrounding hotels. Our flights were late and we were sorry we missed a whole afternoon to explore the area more from this location. Will definitely stay again!

    We had the smallest room with no space. Insufficient parking where you have to hope there is space, or you have to pay more to park further away. The restaurant across the street has a live band that plays all hours of the night. Current construction projects impact driving and noise as well. You pay $15/day to only have access to a coffee bar and beach supplies. Otherwise the room was kept clean and the staff were really friendly. It is within walking distance of the heart of tourist central Waikīkī, so in that regard, it is convenient.

    Small debit/credit issue but the best cheap hotel

    This is the ONLY place I stay, and I was coming every two weeks at one point, so I would say I’m a loyal visitor… after maybe my 6th stay… they would not let me use a debit card to check in, I only had to use my credit card.. which I needed for my car and other rentals. They made it a huge issue and said they would do it this time only but next time.. use my credit card idk why. I’ve used my debit card countless times .. why the switch up? The rooms are cool, small bathrooms but you get what you pay for, staff isn’t the nicest, there is one aunty who might be nice one day or not, I don’t blame her. The parking can get pricey and you have to pay per day. The laundry is a very cool plus, and our favorite is the want chung bar downstairs which is a Kareoke bar and rainbow friendly . It’s walking distance to the beach and shops. I still love this hotel, I hope our next stay goes smoother.

    Nasty dirty smelly

    Booked a room for me and my wife..1st issue it was no parking..after I paid for it!..Second the place smells..so we went up to get ready for our night out and the room smelled like mildew..the carpet was nasty and it looked and smelled like a dirty cheap motel..so we instantly went back down stairs to go somewhere else and they told me that they would not be refunding us..after only 5 minutes upstairs 0/10 don't go!!!
