I usually elaborate my hotel reviews but we were only here for 12 hours (and we slept for 9 of them). Check in was very quick, as well as check out. Front staff were both friendly. Room was big and very clean. Coffee at breakfast was good. Did not eat breakfast.

This was an amazing experience ! Every single staff member I spoke with was phenomenal. Francis at the front desk was freaking amazing and probably one of my favorite people. The night staff Ish and I think her name was Arika, they were amazing too. They helped me a lot and were very friendly

Great location! Minutes to the Woodbury Commons, Bear Mountain and much more! Great friendly staff! Homemade Belgium waffle maker at breakfast and much much more breakfast options! Great workout area! Beautiful views of the mountains! Super clean!! Very accommodating! Great for families!

Arrived Christmas eve and checking out on Boxing day ( day after Christmas) due to overflow at family's home nearby.Check in was quick and easy, desk rep was friendly and welcoming. Was given my 2 comp waters and went to the room. Room was very clean, but heating unit was barely blowing warm air ( pretty cold in Central Valley NY this time of year) and did let front desk know of this issue in room 325. Hotel is nice and quiet and tucked away behind Aldi/Kohl's shopping ctr near Woodbury Commons. Lots of families were there as well as furry family members. Free breakfast in the morning, with waffle maker. Breakfast consisted of an already made egg omelet, chicken patties and home fries, fruits, yogurt, toast, juices and coffee/teas, some pastries- area was clean and food was good.Hotel does have a pool and exercise room, both looked clean. Fireplace, in lobby, made it more cozy.Plenty of free parking and shuttle to Woodbury Commons (think that may have been free as well).Loads of shopping nearby at the Commons as well as the Kohls/Aldi's shopping center- within walking distance, Walmart, BJs and Target within driving distance (a mile away). So many food options in the area- Dunkin, Popeye's, McDonald's, Wendy's, IHOP, Chili's, KFC/Taco Bell and Paneras. West Point not too far either.Price was not bad for the area and would visit again.

Comfortable hotel with good price and handy location off the thru way.

We recently stayed one night at the Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury. The hotel is relatively new and we found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfy and the linens were clean and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast buffet which came with the room was varied and very tasty. The staff were friendly and free parking with ample spots was appreciated. The hotel is located right next to an outlet mall with lots of shopping and chain restaurants close by. The room was very clean, however, the bathroom, particularly the shower, needed a good scrubbing since there were black mold spots on the lower wall of the shower and the floor of the shower looked as though it had not been cleaned at all. Close inspection showed that what looked like brown dirt was more likely worn spots in the ceramic tiles that could not be cleaned. It was very off putting. Also, a strange set up in the bathroom, especially if you happen to be left handed, since the sink faucet is set to the right of the sink rather than centered to the back of the sink. Just odd and uncomfortable for some of us.
