I was looking for a place to stay in Houston that was very clean and well priced as it was a multi day stay. The entire staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping had the room very clean. Little to much cookie cutter mentality which is why a gave 4 but understandable

First time in Houston, and the team at Aloft Houston by the Galleria made the experience amazing. Morgan at the front desk was an absolute pleasurevery professional and handled everything with care from the moment I arrived.Working alone on a busy Saturday night in Houston isn’t easy, but she kept a smile on her face and provided exceptional service the entire time. I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and welcoming energy. Thank you for making my stay such a great experience!

I stayed with the aloft downtown by the galleria although the building was under reservation my stay felt as if I was home the rooms were amazing the staff and housekeeping were great Keshawn was a great help with my stay in particular

Not great for a remodel

I expected better of a Marriott property. The rooms was a remodeled room and did not impress. The showers had no shelf for toiletries, the bathroom floor looked like it was pealing, there was a slightly moist smell to the room and the wifi did not reach my room. I had to go to the lobby to work on my laptop. Breakfast was abismal. Location is good, but I won’t stay there again.
