    We were flying out to Toledo and stayed here because they had PARK AND FLY. We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle. They need to replace the hand towels and bath mats because they were ragged. The breakfast was pretty bare.     I am beyond disappointed with the management and customer service at this Best Western. On March 16, 2026, our flight from Denver to Houston was cancelled due to widespread TSA issues, a situation completely out of our control. As soon as we were notified of the cancellation, I contacted the hotel immediately to explain the situation and request a refund or credit for our stay, as we physically could not get to Houston. Instead of receiving professional service or any semblance of empathy, the staff was dismissive and entirely unsympathetic. They flat-out refused to offer a refund or any accommodation for a situation of force majeure. In an industry built on hospitality, this establishment fails miserably. They are clearly more interested in pocketing money for an empty room than in building guest loyalty or doing the right thing. If you are looking for a hotel that values its guests and understands the realities of modern travel, look elsewhere. This property has lost a customer for life.

    I accidentally booked two nights at this hotel online after my flight from Houston was canceled. Not realizing that IAH and Hobby are different airports, I needed to change the reservation to a hotel closer to Hobby, as the Uber round-trip would have been $160. I called the hotel and asked if I could rebook for a closer hotel. They refused. No more than ten minutes had passed between my accidental booking and realizing my mistake to ask for rectification. The sole reason I was given was that any stay booked online is nonrefundable. Having to pay $175 for a room I did not stay in left a bad taste in my mouth and ensured that I will never use Best Western in the future.     Dirty bedsheets, broken elevator, rude staff, skimpy breakfast hours.

    The bed sheets were visibly dirty (they switched us rooms), the elevator was broken, breakfast was from 6-8. The staff was rude. We had called in advance for the shuttle and they said there was one there. We waited and no shuttle showed up. We called again and eventuallythe shuttle came but only after calling multiple times. Overall a run down dirty place. We have stayed at many Best Westerns with no issues but this specific one I would classify as a cheap motel experience. Stay somewhere else!!     The two good points - location to airport and price. The bad is just about everything else. Broken elevator. Broken restroom. Broken juice machine. No tongs or utensils to grab food in breakfast. Very little variety and eggs were overcooked and burned on edges. Room A/C was super loud when it kicked on so got very little sleep since it was like an alarm clock going off all night. Very strong chemical fragrance that set my allergies off and I needed to medicate to alleviate symptoms. No manager/management to be found anywhere. Pick one or the many other options you have.
