Christmas trip to visit son and granddaughter

I have been staying at Best Western Hotels for over 40 years and have grown to expect a certain standard. The New Caney Hotel has met and exceeded that standard every stay. I stay there exclusively when I travel to that area to visit my son and granddaughter in Kingwood and would not think of staying anywhere else. Terrible, dirtiest hotel I have ever seen.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We checked in, left with family came back, turned on the light, as soon as we stepped in there was a roach on the floor. There were roaches everywhere!!! Inside shoes, inside suitcase that was on the table. They all scattered under the chair. Most roaches I have seen in my life and disgusting! I could not get pictures of the roaches in the suitcase or on the floor because the scattered to fast.
