    There were in the process of renovations since last year and crates of furniture occupied the driveway. No advance warning on booking site! The room was without the usual stuff- no closet Rod or any hooks or towel bars in the bathroom. NO cable conning the TV and had to get it from the front desk. No maid service- Every day we had to request supplies! Seems the BW hotels in the US have gone downhill.

    Location is ok. In summer, it would be convenient for waterpark guests.This place stinks. If you are easy to please and don't mind walking into a hotel and feeling sick to your stomach, go for it. It smells like the refrigerator’s power has been off for a week and everyone was out of town and didn’t get to clean it out. On top of that horrible odor, add the scent of old wet clothes and mildew but they are disguising it by having the front door propped open. Be prepared to go buy your own breakfast unless u enjoy eating the same thing every day - powdered eggs, pork sausage and potatoes. NO fruit or boiled eggs! Also available are old dry bread, bagels, and muffins. Sadly, the only thing they have going for the entire property is the Nescafe commercial coffee machine. Oh and if u want your identity stolen, be prepared for them to copy your drivers license and keep the copy. I recognize its important to verify the identity of a card holder, but to keep a copy of your DL? Really? What kind place is this and what kind of guests are staying here? Sounds suspect!! I travel often and never has any chain (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, other BWs) kept a copy of my DL. For security and verification, our standard procedure is to visually verify ID at check-in, and we do not retain copies unless required by a specific situation—so if this occurred, it will be investigated immediately and corrected.     I was in room #109, it was great - comfortable, clean, cozy! The bathroom on the other hand - not much water pressure at the sink, but do-able. Though the sink had no hot water, not even luke warm. Fortunately, the tub/shower had hot water. I did report it at check out the next morning. I loved how the towels were rolled/folded, that was neat. TV worked great. I didn't partake of breakfast, so no idea how it was. The breakfast sitting are is plentiful though. The bed was great and I slept really good.     Absolutely loved my stay at this charming hotel in Spring, TX! The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. I especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and nearby attractions. Can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway!

    Poor Guest Services and Check in

    Checking in was routine. I asked for the first floor and they accommodated the request. The room was clean. One king size bed with small living room. There was a place for my luggage and small refrigerator and microwave. The water pressure in the sink was very weak. The shower had more pressure. This was a business trip so i worked all day. The breakfast was okay. On Saturday night, there was a party in one of the conference room across the hall from me. There were loud music in the parking lot (from someone’s car) and multiple loud conversations in the hallway and door slams until midnight. And then a vacuum came on to clean the hallway at 12:30. I called guest services but they said there was nothing they can do about it. So I only had 5 hours of rest before I had to go back to work. I was so angry. Firstly at checkin, why not inform me that there will be a party next to my room and give me an option to move? I surely would’ve stayed on the top floor. Poor customer service.
