    Run unless you want to get mistreated, this is a franchise and does not follow the BW brand. The sofa bed in my room was dirty. I showed the front desk agent a photo and requested clean linens, but was denied. I later witnessed another guest being provided with both a sheet and blanket. Once you complain they will make up and accusation and threaten to call the police. Best Western Willowbrook Sales, General Manager at Best Western Premier Ashton Suites-Willowbrook, responded to this review Dear Reshaye,As previously mentioned, it is important that the correct number of guests be listed on your reservation, and we do not allow any kind of party or gathering in guest rooms.Your reservation was made for 2 guests, but our staff observed more than 7 people in your room for a birthday celebration. This is a clear violation of both our hotel policy and the maximum room occupancy limit.Our Front Desk team informed you multiple times about this issue, but the warnings were ignored. As a result, we had no choice but to ask you to check out of the hotel.Regarding your concern about other guests receiving additional bedding – please note that those guests had the correct number of registered occupants on their reservation and were not in violation of any hotel policies.If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.Sincerely,

    I stayed 18 nights on business. Very nice place to stay. Good value. Hotel & room was clean. No bugs. No bad smells. Parking lot was safe and well lit. Breakfast was good. Contrary to some of the other reviews, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

    No airport shuttle as advertised. This would've been a deal breaker, had we known. They have a shuttle that operated for a couple of ours around suppertime, and that's it. Unacceptable if you advertise that you have one.We were also not supplied with linens for our hide-a-bed in our 1-bedroom suite. When we asked for some, They fellow at the front desk said that people usually bring their own. Very reluctantly, after we had to argue for them, we got them.WE are diamond platnium Best Westerners, and received 2 complimentary bottles of bottle water for our family of 4..........I would not recommend this place. It does not deserve the Best Western name.     Booked by calling directly and was quoted $1224 for 2 rooms for 5 nightsWe found discrepancies in the initial charges. They would not let us cancel the 5th night even though we told them at check in we did not need it. This was well before the usual 24 hours to notify them like other hotels/motels. We finally agreed on a price with a penalty for checking out early $1189. We gave the manager a credit card to hold on file as required. The manager said nothing will be will charged until checkout. I find out the day after checking in they charged my credit card $1424!!! Where did this $1424 come from?? We did not break nor damage anything during our stay. This BW needs to be audited by corporate. It's normally your Bank take 2 to 3 business days to show on your account to show final charge. As we have mentioned you there is no any other kind of charge made to your account. Mr. Lima Derik, It's a standard rule of the Hotel industry to collect payment from guest upon check in for the Room & Tax. If you have any other questions please contact us.

    Disappointed in BW Premier - not worth it.

    Nice comfy bedding, bigger room, nicer soap however given this is a BW Premier this is not good enough. Would rather have stayed in the BW Plus for another night. Left over food in the fridge (was it ever cleaned?). No toilet role (had to ask at the front desk). Toilet lid wouldn't stay up. We asked for a ground floor room but was told the hotel was full so got put on the 4th floor. Judging by the cars and people in and around the hotel there is no way it was full. They just wanted everyone on a single floor to save the cleaning staff. Small TV. The TVs in BW + are larger.Went down to breakfast at 0840 (it finished at 0900), the hot food burners had already been turned off and contents were sparse and were not being replenished despite 5 people coming down after us. We both asked for an omelette that included cheese. There was no cheese and the omelette was over cooked despite me indicating it was ready to put on my plate. Won't be back
