    Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and had a good range of choices.     Came back to room twice to find it was stripped of linens. Night desk clerk was rude, controversial, and loved swearing at guests. Was unwilling to resolve issues.     THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN CONROE!!!! Me and my mom have been coming here for years. The rooms are always nice and clean and smelling fresh. The front desk are always attentive and they make sure we have everything we need. I love it there!!!     Roach Hotel

    The first night we were there there were roaches crawling all over the bathroom walls when I got up to use the restroom. The breakfast room down stairs felt like a suana. All I kept thinking about was all those roaches crawling everywhere! Stay clear from this place unless you like sleeping with roaches!
