Always a pleasant stay. Lanetta and crew are very accommodating. The rooms are fine, with lots of plugs for electronics. Breakfast is tasty, and service is good. Ample parking. A good location for air travel. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a CVS next door. Recommended.

This hotel location is an easy, convenient location. The staff is very happy and eager. Immediately upon entering the doors, we were greeted with a big smile. We felt very welcomed, safe, and accommodated.The room was large and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A welcomed, new place to stay at IAH

This hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are ALL friendly. I will being using this Contort location again. It's much better than their sister Comfort on Beltway 8 North at the Houston Bush Airport. If there was a downside, it would be that breakfast was a bit skimpy and thus a disappointment. But that was a small thing.

Our family flew in from Canada and booked 3 guestrooms, all of which were fantastic. The guestrooms were large in size, clean and comfortable.We enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast, free parking, free Wi-Fi. We also liked the hotel's friendly service and low-cost compared to Hilton and Marriott. Comfort Suites has a great team of friendly and efficient employees, led by LaNetta.

Room was super clean, sheets felt like silk, love all that space and breakfast was outstanding. Plus night manager and early morning desk clerk were super friendly and provided major help! Thank you again! I think that is enough said about our stay.
