  Extremely poor services --- I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST STAYING IN THIS HOTEL!! PLEASE AVOID USING THIS HOTEL!!

  Terrible experience!! Although we reserved the room two months ahead, the room was unavailable when we checked in during regular check-in hour (3 pm). We had to wait in the lobby for an hour to get the room key cards. The elevator was out-of-order. So we were forced to walk upstairs carrying all our baggages by hand. The amenities are old and poor -- light bulb is out-of-service, only one hanger is in the whole room (double room with a sofa bed), and no enough towels. There is no hot breakfast Monday through Friday (which contradicts with booking information)!! When we requested one more towel, the staff declined, saying it is their policy to not provide any extra towel. When we requested more hangers, the staff just went away without bringing any thing to us. In addition, they triple-charged my credit card for this one single trip --- a one-night rate for pre-check-in charge, a whole trip charge when we checked in, and a security deposit (refundable) --- totally over five hundred dollars for a two-night stay!!! The charges are unexpectedly too much while the services are unreasonably poor. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST STAYING IN THIS HOTEL!! PLEASE AVOID USING THIS HOTEL!! Extremely POOR SERVICE!!

  The property needs a lot of work. The elevator failed on day 1 and remained out of service for the week. If staff had to walk the stairwell as much as the customers, they neglected trash which remained in the stairwell for 2 days. There were construction materials on the first floor of the stairwell. There is no standard hot continental breakfast like most comfort suites have. The hot water at the coffee area was kept in a 2% milk container so it was difficult to tell whether or not there was hot water. There was a flickering parking lot light that was distracting and made it hard to sleep as the security curtains did not stay closed. The rooms were musty and there was a portable de-humidifier that had to be emptied by us 1-2x a day to keep up. The mattress had a reddish brown stain at the top of it. You could not request additional towels unless you turned in the old towels. The pillowcases were dirty. I would not recommend this location.

  I had a good expectation and it was nice. SUNNY and Nabina were very friendly. Nabina the manager is nice lady. Clean rooms with new sofa . Breakfast is nice but could be improved. The pool is always clean and quiet. I had a good time here and security is also fine here.

  BEWARE!!! If you think you are getting a regular Comfort Suites breakfast Monday-Friday, you are wrong. They DO NOT TELL YOU it's only toast, oatmeal and waffles until AFTER you pay (fraudulent) on a small slip of paper included with your room keys. Then they will tell you they can't refund your money on the spot because only a manager can do that. Room was old with half of the outlets not working or faulty at best. (electric shock!) Management does not work with you and denies and justifies their dubious business practices in emails (see pics) and then ghosts you. Stayed less than 12 hours only because i checked in at 9:30pm and was exhausted. Only had 3rd floor rooms and elevator was not working. Do not stay here. Would give them a zero if i could.

  Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs!

  This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon checking in, we were immediately hit with a strong cigarette smell in the room, which was dark, dusty, and completely unacceptable. The sofa bed was torn, stained, and utterly unusable, and the floor was just as filthy. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained.When we complained to the front desk, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and offered only a so-called “Supreme King Bed” room as an alternative. That room was just as bad—another stained sofa bed and a setup that didn’t accommodate our family. With no option for a clean, livable space, we had no choice but to leave without even staying the night.To make matters worse, the hotel phone didn’t even work when we tried to call the front desk. The entire experience was frustrating, disgusting, and completely unacceptable. We ended up searching for another hotel well past 11 PM because staying here was simply not an option.For the price charged, this hotel is a total scam. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service is shocking. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away!
