    Rude and pathetic staff behaviour

    They don't know what customer empathy is. I booked my hotel 2nd to 3rd March. However my flight got delayed and I reached on 3 rd morning at 6 am. Lady sitting there clearly said that we have cancelled your room even though I mentioned during booking that i might be late. Also there is no place in the booking voucher where it's written that room will be cancelled due to this reason. Lady just mentioned I can't take you in till 11 and book another hotel. Not sure how this property match with Radisson standards. Visit at your own risk

    This is a great spot if you are trying to save money, have a quick stay and be located near the airport. The staff are friendly. The whole place is dated and could use a little care. The gym is tiny and more than half the equipment was out of order. Generally quiet with the occasional loud vehicle going by on the highway.

    Dandre was vey attentive and friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. I’ll definitely be staying there again!

    Check in 5p no toilet paper in room, few tiny towels. Told front desk need toilet paper more towels. Returned 1145p. Still no TP. Different front desk terrible attitude, said I should know to stop and get from her. Only one person works there at 5p and cannot fix room properly.We had a very bad argument, would not give management name said google it. She wanted us to leave because we are upset at their lack of service and basic room needs. It was dirty. They say indoor pool not heated but room is. It was colder in there than out side. Foam all over the pool water. Disgusting!
