Location

This family-friendly city hotel is conveniently located in the Galleria District near Downtown Houston. The business hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and the fourth largest shopping centre in America. Other nearby places of interest include Memorial Park (7 km away), Houston Zoo (14.6 km), Minute Maid Park (10.4 km), the Museum District (13.5 km), Reliant Park (12.8 km) and the Toyota Center (16 km away). The hotel is approximately 43 km from the George Bush Intercontinental/Houston Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 33 junior suites, 6 suites, 88 single rooms and 63 double rooms, which are located on 15 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex includes both indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, snorkelling, a gym, aerobics and a spa. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    I love this Marriott Courtyard by the Galleria…I always stay here when in Houston!From the Front Desk with Josh and assistant GM Safiiya to Raymond, Zehra and Rachel this hotel has made a huge improvement to the new management team!So excited to see the new renovations for the entire hotel including rooms to the lobby to be complete in December 2026!I encourage anyone that goes to Houston to come meet the new management team….it is definitely worth the effort!     I originally booked for one day stay so i can check if i would like the Hotel. But while checking in (before i even saw the room) i got EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Gemma, a front desk employee of the Hotel and decided to add one more day on the spot!!     This location has made a complete turnaround. I’ve stayed here on business a few times, but this last stay was a difference of night and day. The front desk attendant Gemma was very attentive and friendly. The bistro staff was excellent , especially Rachel whose service was outstanding. Food is now freshly made as opposed to frozen before. The burger I ordered was delicious. The operations manager, Raymond, surpassed expectations of standard hospitality. The professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction makes this hotel a superior destination in the Houston Galleria area.
