    Poor WiFi connections, shuttle leave and collects at random places.

    We chose this place because of they allowing parking on their property while we traveled. We parked where we felt our car was out of the way, and went to bed because of an early flight. We were woken at 10:30pm because the staff didn't like where we had parked, and we had to move our car. The shuttle took us to the airport, but left us at the arrival doors, rather than the departure doors. We had to take all of our luggage quite a distance, to be able to check our bags. When we returned, I called to request a shuttle, and was informed they only picked up at ONE gate, and of course, we were no where near THAT gate, so, AGAIN, finding the tram and moving through the airport, because of the poor shuttle service. The Hotel itself. It says it has WiFi, but after about 30 minutes, I was booted off the system. I had to go to the lobby to get it to connect again, and 30 minutes later, booted off. If you want consistent WiFi, you will need to stay in the lobby. I wouldn't use this place again.

    Extremely dirty and very unhygienic. We checked the sheets and everything are very dirty and roaches were everywhere. This was a voucher for a layover and I highly suggest to never choose this one

    Nice and comfortable. Man at desk very helpful. For a layover it’s a good budget choice and the free airport shuttle adds to the value.

    Just great and easy! Big Thanks to the guy at the receptionThe person at the reception desk when we arrived was incredibly kind and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern and spacious. All the services are present. We stayed there one night while waiting for our flight. The free shuttle service was very efficient and without any problems. I can highly recommend this hotel!! Thank youA little bit outside the center and amenities but fine for one night when traveling.

    My kids and I was placed here by American Airlines due to a flight delay and I missed my connecting flight . It’s close to IAH and the staff were nice, but it’s dirty. The first room smelled of marijuana. I asked to be moved the second room smelled too and had a leaking ac unit. The unit had two buckets trying to collect the water, but it didn’t and i almost slipped on the floor. They have roaches too! I went to the front desk again and there was no manager present. I called American Airlines, but they were unable to accommodate me.
