    I am so happy with the service I received at the front desk from “Anne from Japan.” she went above and beyond when I needed her help. I had gotten gum all over the front of my iPhone, and nothing I did made it better. And went into the back, grabbed an alcohol swab, and removed every bit of gum on my iPhone. She saved my day, and I am so happy that she works at this hotel!
