    Roach infested, mold smell, stains on towels

    This place is disgusting, dirty and front desk is rude. Location is terrible. Because the MD Anderson helicopter pad was outside my window view, very noisy at 1100pm. SoDon't book for convenience because you won't be able to rest. The rugs and furniture was so so disgusting and dirty. Smelled dirty, shower grout has mold. They left a half filled bottle of same shampoo. The towels had stains. The sheets were stained, I slepped on top of covers because was do disgusted...I can't believe the health dept. Doesn't close this place down. Infested with roaches coming out of the bathroom sink. Only left half a roll of toilet paper.     Wonderful staff and super convenient (walkable to hospital) location

    This is an older property, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean (try to get a room with no carpet). I was there for 36 days for a family member's cancer treatment. The walk to and from the hospital was pleasant and brief. The best thing about the property were the staff. Maria, the day supervisor was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Shumaila, one of the evening staff, was also very friendly and made sure I always got my mail. The cleaning staff were also lovely.     If you are looking for a weekend getaway or extended stay this is your one stop shop!The staff is BEYOND AMAZING AND FRIENDLY! Since Ms. Sweety, Mrs. Ahsha, and Ms. Maria to the reign things have been great. The team, Shumaila, Cay, Bre, Ericka, Cece, Kim, Ashley, Wendy, Marian, and Cheryl all have made our stay here one we will never forget ❤️! It’s people like them that make the guest feel like family. Please let them know that the Tabor and Santana family love and appreciate them beyond words can express. May they all be blessed abundantly.

    This place is a total wreck, no elevator roaches everywhere ! Drug paraphernalia all over the parking lot! Three cars stolen in the week we were there and 6 broken into!
