  Room 325 smelled like cat urine and small cockroaches visible! DO NOT STAY HERE!! The pictures on this sight are not updated! I have not idea how this place is still in business! Our housekeeping team works hard to keep the areas clean and fresh. We apologize if they overlooked some areas in your room preparation which does not meet our standards; therefore, we are very disappointed that this was your experience. Also, we regret that the front desk team was unavailable at the mentioned time, which should not occur. We will indeed look into what transpired so this lapse in service is never again.   We were in Houston for an extended stay for medical treatment for my husband at MD Anderson and incredibly grateful to ESA for partnering with the American Cancer Society. We were both comfortable there and felt at home. We were even there for the BIG FREEZE in February and the hotel staff was organized and made everything bearable. Norma was a big help with a reservation problem. Princess, Tam and Sandy were always helpful at the front desk and greeted us with a smile. Sherita in housekeeping was always ready to help and I met the manager Alexis who was cheerful and enthusiastic with her staff and visitors. Being there for 2 months, we inevitably had to call maintenance once or twice and they were always handy. We will be back to stay at ESA NRG Park, La Concha, Houston, TX. Thank you guys.
