  Bad experience do not recommend I just wanted to complaint that yesterday may 31 around 11PM the front desk receptionist, asked my fiancé if she was single in a dirty and flirty way not being proffesional at all he disgusted her Becuase we were just there for about 3min and it was just a bad experience and if that's how he treats guest you guys should really keep an eye on him and woman staying at this place he was a black guy at front desk.   overpriced drugs no ac room not cleaned

  Saturday Night 2/21/26Honestly a horrible experience first off, I reserved my room through the Hilton website supposed to be $159.85 when I got to the hotel, I was charged a "$50 reservation fee" so it came out to $209.85That night the room down the half reeked of Drugs the guys were coming in and out of the room selling and smoking drugs outside My rooms AC did not work I went to sleep in sweat the AC only blew to 72F the front desk lady only offered me a fan which did not help much also the toilet seat was not cleaned there was pubic hair and dirt marks on the seat

  Top 1% Ownership, Awesome Area

  Mr. Patel is within the top-1% ownership standards for Hilton. He is an extremely attentive and caring host for his guests, and the Property has recently completed an entire update: new room packages including streaming TVs, new lobby, new Fitness Center. Also, guest laundry on-site. The area itself is thriving, perfect commute for City work, and movie theater and Target are actually next door. Outdoor pool is well-mantained and open year round. Mainly though, the excellent leadership provided by Mr. Patel and his long-standing Front Desk crew: Annie, Juanita, Rita, and Soughtout, make this Property and Guest Experience a standout! Year after year I choose this Property for my South Houston work because of how well I am treated by the Property and how I am remembered and appreciated. It's nice to stay w Friends.

  Renovation success‼️

  This Hampton Inn is completing renovations on all rooms and we were able to take advantage of the upgraded looks. They have completed the 2nd and 3rd floors and were working on the 1st floor however outside of seeing the workers go in and out, there was virtually zero disruption to hotel operations. The new decor was very pleasing to the eye and worth the stay. The room was very nice and modern looking, decorated with cool colors. The bathroom area seemed larger than normal but that could’ve been due to the color palette that was used. The breakfast area is roomy and inviting, they have the standard breakfast offerings of the waffle maker, ready made eggs with a meat & potato offering, hot & cold cereals with fruit, yogurt and pastries. They also have the juice machine and coffee and teas. I really had no complaints about my stay. In fact the manager honored a request and obtained a shower chair for my parent’s room since the accessible rooms weren’t open due to the renovations. As far as the surrounding area, there was a Cinamark movie theater in near walking distance to the property. The neighborhood is a real quiet residential area with plenty of places to shop and either sit down or grab a bite to eat within a reasonable walking radius. Places I remember are Target, Aldi’s, a causal steakhouse, and a Mexican restaurant to name a few.Definitely worth a return visit if I’m in the area again!

  AN ALL GOOD REVIEW!

  We came up this past Saturday for a tennis tournament and Holiday Inn cancelled our reservation so driving up to Houston I was frantically looking for a hotel. Not much was available due to Hurricane Beryl. I found this Hampton Inn about 30 min away from our tournament and took it being not much was open around and last two queen! We were pleasantly surprised! The room and hotel was very clean, great AC, hot shower, great breakfast, nice staff , easy check in and out, everything working , nice safe area around shopping, movies, and eating places. They are under renovation but nothing disturbed us at all. They had some new beds in boxes in the halls, but no big deal at all to us. No noises or anything. Direct Tv in rooms with a lot of choices and we had a tub was nice and room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and loved the pillows!! I brought my own and didn’t even need it due to the comfortable deep pillows which most hotels don’t carry anymore. We didn’t have time to swim , but we looked at it and very clean and pretty. We have nothing bad to say about this hotel! Book it if you need one in this area!
