    Hidden surprise in Hotel’s finest

    I travel a lot because of my business and stay in many different hotels, but I found this one to be very unique as the Management is very caring and loving with lots of wonderful features and their hospitality is super exceeds my expectations. The staff is very friendly especially Sally in the kitchen. She went out of her way to ensure our needs. Credit also goes to the management Two thumbs up.     Mighty Meg

    We have had a very positive experience at this hotel, everyone has been very nice and helpful. In particular I want to call out Meg. My wife is disabled and confined to a wheelchair; we wanted to use the pool as there are devices at pool and spa to aid my wife getting in both of them. When I approached Meg about using the devices I could tell y her expression she wasn’t familiar with them. But fear not, she called the maintenance guy who had left for day and he told us where to find batteries and keys in maintenance room, no simple task, and then take them outside to test them out, after tearing off the device covers! Meg was unflappable, spent 15-20 minutes with me, and my wife had a great time. Meg went up and beyond to make sure we had a very positive experience!     My go too location when on business trip. Breakfast area is always well stocked and clean. I arrived late and was greeted with a smiling face and 2 bottle of waters, Ellen at the front desk is phenomenal hats off to her working nights and always having a smile on her face.     One Night in Spring

    We stayed here at the Hampton Inn Spring for one night on 01/09/2026. For this stay, we had 4 adults in 2 rooms. We selected two rooms on the 6th floor, near the end of the hallway. Overall, we had an excellent stay. This time, we used the digital key feature which was easy to use. We arrived at about 5:40PM, and walked inside. The property is very attractive, inside and out, and also very clean outside -- which is definitely not always the case with other properties. The lobby is very welcoming and inviting. We made a quick stop at the front desk. I quickly explained that we used the digital key this time; however, I was wondering if we could have one bottle of water each. She did not like that request. The reason for the one less star, is she gave this crazy frowned upon look -- kind of like, 'why would you ask that'? Now, to be clear, she did not actually say anything other than "how many"; however, she gave a crazy look with a long hesitation. It just didn't make sense. This is usually a very easy request at other properties.Otherwise, the stay was great. We went up to our room. We had a nice room at the end of the hallway with a large desk, television, small wet bar, large couch, nice King Bed and a bathroom with plenty of space. The shower, in the morning, had plentiful hot water and the pressure was great. We did utilize the breakfast in the morning before we left and it was better than similar Hampton Inns. They do have the full array, plus what seems to be a little bit extra.
