    Just fine, but ...

    rating12 Dec 2025

This hotel itself is just fine. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint was $16 a day for parking when the parking lot was just a regular hotel parking lot. And fairly empty, actually. $16 for the breakfast buffet also seemed high for what nearby hotels offer free-of-charge. It felt like a money grab for a mid hotel. But it was nice, safe, and a good location. General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Hilton Garden Inn Houston/the Woodlands, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to know you found your room comfortable and appreciated the convenient location. Your comments on parking and breakfast pricing are important, and we’ll review them with our team as we look for ways to enhance the guest experience. We appreciate your perspective and hope to welcome you again in the future.

Needs a refresh for the room charge

    rating01 Jun 2025

The hotel is run down. Breakfast was horrible. There is no service you have to set the table yourself for a buffet charge of $18. I was served cold made to order $18 French toast served with no syrup and no silverware. My child got hot pancakes but not his meat side my husband had already finished his breakfast and went back to the room because it took ridiculously long. Never asked if anyone would like a beverage. We should have ordered DoorDash would have been faster and hotter. You have to pay $15 for parking which is hidden. I didn’t even have a vehicle. I’m a diamond member and get a breakfast credit yet they don’t honor it. We were here for a concert had it booked for our next concert have canceled going back to the Westin. General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Hilton Garden Inn Houston/the Woodlands, responded to this review ctcv, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I appreciate your detailed comments and understand that aspects of your visit, especially your morning meal experience and billing concerns, did not meet your expectations. Your observations are important to me, and I am committed to making every effort to enhance guest satisfaction. I personally welcome all guests and strive to ensure that loyalty program benefits are applied appropriately.

    Overpriced Dive

    rating07 Sept 2024

The good is the rooms are decent size for a boutique or low end hotel in a Hilton chain. The bad is it’s like an air bnb you need to bring your own toilet paper. The water pressure is so bad you can’t wash the soap out of your hair. The toilets squeal. The elevator is slow. You can pay $18 for the same free breakfast offered at most Hiltons. You pay for parking too. Overall just book a lower end Hilton save $150 and you will be much happier. If location is what you are after there are other hotels nearby maybe try Marriott. I would never stay here if I didn’t have to. It’s an old outdated sort of smelly dive. If you have to stay skip breakfast and go to McDonald’s the food will be better. General Manager, Agency / Consultant at Hilton Garden Inn Houston/the Woodlands, responded to this review mariarschoen, thank you for sharing your thoughts. It seems there were several aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. The team always strives to provide a pleasant experience and appreciates your input as it helps to identify areas needing improvement. Please contact us so we can discuss further and make things right. We'd love to personally take care of you the next time you are back in The Woodlands. Please do not hesitate to reach out directly. Your feedback regarding amenities and services will be taken into consideration for future enhancements.
