    The room was clean enough. I requested a deep cleaning and it wasn’t done until the following day.

    The room needed to be deep cleaned; I was informed by the front desk that the housekeepers couldn’t move the fridge to clean the very visible leftover food. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself as everything needed to be cleaned. I wiped down the inside and outside of the fridge, the inside and outside of the microwave, the outside of the dishwasher and all the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, I cleaned both sides of the bathroom door, the bathroom cabinets, and the shower walls as all the surfaces had visible dirt. Additionally, outside of the room my being deeply cleaned as I requested - I had to wait until the next day for the maintenance man to come and move the fridge to clean the sides and underneath it. Also, I requested the room be serviced one day while I was out and the front desk person said ok. However, once I returned and asked when the room would be ready - he seemed shocked and asked who I had spoken with. Then proceeded to tell me that housekeeping doesn’t work in that manner after asking who I had spoken to as if it wasn’t him. It was an exceptionally frustrating experience.

    I love a hotel with good breakfast and a clean environment. Maria and Anna gave excellent customer service. They helped me with breakfast items I needed restocked and did a phenomenal job keeping the hotel clean. I would highly recommend recommend this hotel!
