    I travel several times a month and often stay at Home2 Suites. I like the spacious rooms, the small kitchenette and amenities. I have stayed at the Home2 Suites IAH several times now and have been happy with each stay. I have found this hotel to be quiet, clean and comfortable. A special shout out to Babar at the front desk. For my last few stays, I arrived late in the evening exhausted and found him to be extremely welcoming and efficient at getting me into my room. After a long day of travel, that’s really nice to walk into. Thanks Babar. You are a hard worker and clearly really good at your job.     I was a long term guest at the hotel the front desk staff was attentive and courteous The cleaning staff was consistent and maintained a routine The water was always hot with a steady pressure If you have business in the North Houston district its an ideal location.     My husband and I stayed 3 days over Memorial weekend 2025. Hotel was clean and quiet. Jordan at the front desk was Awesome and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning got really cool, which I loved. Super close to downtown. I didn't try the breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.     Horrible shuttle service and customer service trying to double charge cc

    Pick this location because it was close to the airport and said it offered free shuttle services. Come to find out when I arrived at 10pm they was not doing shuttle service anymore. This hotel has very limited time for shuttle. 5am to 11am and 4pm to 8pm is the only times they offer shuttle services and they are even more limited on the weekend. Also i wrote to the hotel i would be arriving late around 10:30pm. Someone still cancelled my reservation after the hassle of trying to find a decent ride to the hotel after the taxi drivers were now price gouging at this time ($75.00) and having to walk to the other side of the airport for a uber/lyft ride. When i arrived since they cancelled my reservations the clerk created a new reservation and checked me in. I thought it was over until I get back from my trip and the hotel trying to charge me again for the original reservation. Tried calling Hilton and got the run around and they told me they couldn’t get the actual hotel office on the phone and that they would just put a note in the account. Worried that they will keep trying to charge my account i had to lock my card. Still haven’t spoken to anyone about my issues and complaints. They did not and will not handle issues well so far from what i seen and have been dealing with.     Terrible night, management does nothing

    Extremely noisy until midnight with children banging and screaming in the room above us. Called the desk several times but the "Long term guests" would not stop the noise. Don't get me wrong, we have a 7 and 10 year old but they have respect for other guests. Don't believe the big sign in the lobby about "You'll be satisfied or the stay is free". We complained the next morning and a week later they gave 2500 honors points on a room that books out at 45000 points. Be forwarded, Don't accept any rooms above, below or adjacent to 307.
