    When we were getting ready to leave, the custodians knocked on our room an hour and a half before we had scheduled. This was confusing, since we were aware of the actual time and felt rushed as a result.

    Quiet location. Room was clean and modern. Did not partake of the breakfast buffet, although the coffee was definitely high quality medium roast.

    Had a great stay here for one night. It was beside a children’s park which was neat. This hotel is five years old but I thought it was built within the year. They do a great job with the upkeep here. Chaundra checked me in and made some food recommendations. I appreciate her greatly! Will be back visiting when I’m in Houston again.

    The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful, but the walls are paper thin. We stayed on the second floor the first night and a family spent two hours running across the floor like a herd of elephants above us for two hours. The same thing happened the second night. This time we called right away and the staff did tell them to calm down. Then a family next-door to us was making a lot of noise yelling back-and-forth with the TV up loud. Just as we were about to call, they calmed down, at 11 PM. I highly recommend staying on the top floor of this hotel and pray you get quiet people next to you. I learned a valuable lesson and will forevermore choose a room on the top floor, hopefully at an end so we only have people on one side.

    We checked out early in the am, could not pull up our car because Chaundra vehicle was parked right in front Usually that is for guests but I guess not at this hotel. Nice hotel but this leaves a bad taste. Breakfast has a yogurt machine, did not try but others were getting the waffles
