    This was a great stay. Everyone in staff was so helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I’m back in Houston again.

    I stayed a week at this location and I will tell you the truth . .it's as bout as perfect a stay anyone could ask for, apart from one incident I was not cool with. But the good things, all the staff was exceptional hospitality Both night auditors were super helpful Shawn, Segun, and Khan were always courteous and detailed with info, Devin , I believe in breakfast gave my car a jump, when I checked out , no problem.This team did such an amazing job that it really keeps my opinion of the establishment top tier, breakfast was great by the way However, one of the mornings I was there, I go to breakfast. It's 850. Friday January third . Im thinking breakfast doesn't close til ten like six to ten. The only consistently rude person was a tall fellow working the front desk and Im presuming helping with breakfast. But as soon as he sees me, immediately goes to start taking things down, quite visibly intentionally. I'm kinda shocked and just stared feeling embarrassed like I'm not just down here taking all the goodies, what's this about in my head. He comes back out and in front of guests ask me directly "is there a problem"?Never experienced that type of customer friendly attitude, and I gotta say , I don't even think Hilton cared to my disappointment. But all the the other people did such a fantastic job, I feel the property outlook shouldn't be sullied because one person clearly had a prejudice of some sort.     Nice hotel but poor service

    Where should I start? When I checked in on Sunday afternoon I asked if I could get daily housekeeping because I shower 2 times a day. I was told by the person that checked me in that they don’t do that. On Wednesday nights they do a managers reception from 5 to 7. I got there about 5 past 6 and almost everything was gone and there were 2 of the employees there eating with their kids making really nothing for the guest. Then on Thursday which should have been a scheduled cleaning day they didn’t clean it and I had to go to the front desk for new towels. The hotel itself is nice but the experience was not.     Extremely well kept lodging. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my family's needs. The breakfast was well prepared and tasted delicious. Slept like a baby and was comfortable during my entire stay. Looking forward to returning for my next adventure in Houston!     The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay. I enjoyed the room, especially the kitchen. I also want to point our how much I liked the couch. I'm usually not a fan of hotel furniture but I liked the couch. :) Much comfier than I expected.
