This Homewood location has set the bar and my expectations in a hotel. I’m by no means fancy nor do I long for a luxury hotel, but this one checks every box! I’ve come to this location many times over the years, and it has maintained consistent across the board from cleanliness, staff friendliness, check in-out process, comfort, ease of access, evening reception, hot breakfast, comfortable bed-couch, and just overall feel good when here! All of these things combined tells me there is solid mgmt of this site. Of late, I travel much more so for work, primarily between Houston & Dallas, and I’ve been trying to find a go to in the Dallas market. I realized after my most recent visit this past weekend to this Spring location that it has spoiled me and that my expectations have been set by the performance here. I’m a larger person and was able to navigate the room with relative ease. That’s saying a lot for many of the Homewood locations I’ve stayed at. I’m trying diligently to find one in the Dallas/ Fort Worth that meets this bar or even close for visits twice monthly to the market. I have met multiple from the mgmt when here at this Spring location over the years and they have maintained #5star in my book and I strongly recommend this location for anyone in the area! There’s 2 Homewoods nearby in this area, please pay attention and ensure to stay here. I’ve never stayed at the other, but at this point given this locale compared to every other I’ve stayed at, I don’t care to try anywhere else! I heard this location is about to go through a remodel, and I’m excited to see how it comes out not fathoming how it can be better than currently is. I can only guess the mgmt/ team here will knock it out of the park even more so!Thank you & full kudos to this Homewood for illustrating and reminding what I love about the brand!

There is no minus in the ratings, so here is my experience.Maintenance stole a pair of Raybans and a Rosary, yes a beautiful rosary my husband had purchased for me, 22 years ago from the Sacred Coeuer Catholic Church in Paris, France. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU VALUE, THEY DONT CARE. Paige Blackburn, Owner at Homewood Suites by Hilton North Houston/Spring, responded to this review We are sad to see that you lost valuables, and would love to further discuss this and find a resolution. Unfortunately, since we have no record of you staying at our property, we are unable to reach out to you. Great location for our needs north of Houston. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice pool with basketball half-court too. Breakfast as typical for this chain with multiple staff keeping the area cleaned and stocked. Only ding was for persistent dirty ashtrays in the outdoor patio area adjacent to the breakfast area (we don't smoke but like to be outside to eat breakfast and the overflowing ashtrays had not been addressed in over 24 hrs)

The Female manager Who’s name is Paige Blackburn is extremely rude and racist!! The other gentleman working the front desk named Christian was absolutely phenomenal. He treated us with more respect than the manager! I honestly love the rooms here but I doubt I’ll be booking another room here again!
