    Clean, Quiet, friendly staff, close to many amenities. Rooms cleaned every day.     Nice clean quiet hotel. Great location. Room I reserved didn't exist at the hotel and was notified of this at check-in. Was told I would be given a different room at a lower rate. Was given a different room, but still charged the rate of the room I initially reserved that didn't exist. Card was already charged hours before I made it to the hotel for check-in. Update the website for accuracy is needed.     Quite possibly the most undesirable Hyatt location. Billing ops was a disaster, with no assistance because the manager works a different shift.     Great experience. Sydney Murdock and her manager made my stay fantastic. Needed a light repaired in my room it was handled within 24 hours. Thank you for the great stay.     They charged both company’s credit card and my credit card my room rate despite my specifically telling the woman at check in not to charge my card as they had credit card pre authorization on file for my company to which she confirmed. The manager stated she didn’t have time to “tackle” it and it was the point of sale vendors issue resulting in multiple overdrafts, my bank flagging it as fraud, and then subsequently turning my card off which then left me in a bind in Houston. All of that came second hand through her staff since she refused to respond to my requests to contact me. I left my contact information with 4 front desk staff members over several days and did not hear from the manager until last morning I was checking out to which she had a staff member being me into her office and she told me she just issued the refund. I was charged the 8th (as was the company), it hit my account the 10th and I immediately contacted the front desk, it’s the 14th and I still do not have a refund for the unauthorized transaction on my account. The whole front desk staff needs better training starting with knowing the hotel they are supposed to be overseeing and the check-in/charging process; at least 4 people plus the one who messed up the check in to begin with were clueless. The manager couldn’t be bothered. That aside - my lights went off every 6 minutes and I had to get up and wave my arms to get them to turn on; the worst was in the shower where I’d have to get out and start waving my arms at the ceiling. All I could think of was how incredibly dangerous that was, especially for the elderly or those with mobility concerns. Someone else in my party, senior citizen, had her whole room go out and it wouldn’t come back on so an electrician had to come out.Walls are paper thin, you can hear normal level conversations clearly. Robert, aka “the coffee man” was great and made sure fresh coffee was stocked in the morning - he handled the whole breakfast bar but I didn’t eat so I can only say he was on point making sure the coffee was replenished quickly.
